If you are trying to book a follow up appointment you may book online, by going to www.westgroveclinic.ca or you can call during non peak hours. Usually the phones are extremely busy between 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 and 3:00 daily. We do encourage you to call outside these times if it is not an urgent appointment that is required.
Please note that the switchboard opens at 8:30 a.m. daily and closes between 12:30 and 1:30 daily for the lunch hour.
Monday through Friday, the phones go to the answering service at 4:30 p.m.
If you are needing to book, change or cancel appointments please call 780-962-9888 press 1.
If you wish to use the cancellation line please call 780-962-9888 press 2, at any time, 24 hours per day, seven days a week.
