Botox

Dr. Stephanie D’Agostini provides botulinum toxin injections (Botox/Dysport) for therapeutic pain management and aesthetic upper face. 

 

She completed training through the Pacific Training Institute for Facial Aesthetics and Therapeutics in 2020.  She can provide injections for management of migraines, bruxism (teeth clenching) and axillary hyperhidrosis (excessive underarm sweating). 

 

A consult is required prior to any therapeutic management to review eligibility, expectations/risks, and possible insurance coverage.  Please note that Alberta Health Services only covers injections for migraine prophylaxis, which does not include the drug cost.  Drug coverage for the Botox/Dysport will vary based on an individual’s benefit coverage and insurance provider.
